Into the Void
Maria walked into the hanger where the first probes were under construction. Adam was working at a table, applying fields to the probe.
María entró al hangar donde las primeras sondas estaban en obras. Adán trabajaba a una mesa, aplica campos a la sonda.
"Where is Steve?" she asked Adam.
"Donde está Steve?" preguntó a Adán.
"He's talking with Mitso about the surface treatment of the probes. It seems that she has some materials that emit purple and green when
subjected to the fields we will be using to superposition time. A
ship slowing down to normal time can be painted so that it will glow purple and green."
"Habla con Mitso sobre el tratamiento de la superficie de las sondas. Parece que tiene unos materiales que emiten púrpura y verde cuando subordinó a los campos que usaremos a tiempo de la sobreposición. Una nave aminora a tiempo normal se puede pintar de manera que brillará púrpura y verde."
"Well, that will look interesting."

They laughed.
"We are going to send these things out a certain point in space, let them stop, have them take photos, and then return to earth. We will time the duration of the trip, and then use the photos to confirm that they reached the intended destination. It is possible they might be gone for the expected duration of time, but that the time dilation did not occur as expected, and that they didn't go out as far as planned."
